Why wouldn't I hire a full-time designer or developer myself

Is there any type of work you don't do?

We will not do the following: anything related to content creation (content strategy, blog content, keyword research, etc.). If you have that need, please reach out to Lean Labs.

Who is actually doing the work on the tasks I submit?

Your work is being completed by the talented team of marketers, designers, and developers at Lean Labs.

How are tasks prioritized and managed in the Flex program, especially for more complex projects?

As part of your onboarding, we can help you break down larger tasks for complex projects into bite-sized tasks. You can then prioritize what you'd like us to work on to fit deadlines and milestones for your various projects.

How flexible is the subscription in terms of pausing or canceling the service?

All it takes is an email to team@sprocketrocket.co (or to your point of contact in an Elite plan) to let us know you need to pause or cancel.

If paused, just let us know how long you'd like to pause for. When you're ready to unpause, just let us know and we'll restart billing and dive into your work priortities.

How do the monthly strategy calls work, and what can we expect from these sessions?

We'll set up a recurring monthly meeting with you and necessary team members. In the call, we'll go over work that's been done and collect any feedback on how things could go smoother.

You will be responsible for letting us know what projects and tasks you have coming. We'll gladly help with ideas for breaking up larger tasks or for solving a specific problem for one of your clients.

How does you handle brand switching or cancellations?

If a brand no longer needs support they can transfer Flex services to a new client. On month renewal they'll be able to assign a new license as well. This allows flexibility in switching brands without requiring a new subscription.
